Crimini mushrooms stuffed with grilled onion and red bell pepper in a luscious, buttery lemon and garlic cheese sauce. Garnished with onion, and served with toasted crostinis.

Taco Salad

Soup of the Day
Our rotating variety of delicious soups created by our master soup maker. They are all made fresh, warm, and taste amazing. We don't have them everyday, but get one when we do, you will never regret it! Please call the restaurant if you to know the soup that we are currently serving. Chick-un Fettuccine Alfredo
Seasoned breaded tofu, fettuccine noodles, broccoli, grilled onion, and sundried tomato simmered in an rich creamy Alfredo sauce. Garnished with Italian parsley and parmesan cheese. Served with a slde of buttered garlic toast.
Spring Roll Bowl
Its a spring roll in a bowl. Brined tofu, shredded carrot, chopped cucumber, cabbage, romaine, red bell pepper, green onion, cilantro, basil and mint served over rice noodles with a delicious peanut sauce.

This is Viva's over-the-top take on the classic controversial pizza. A sweet and spicy pizza loaded with grilled pineapple, onion, artichoke hearts, jalapeo, tempeh bac-un, and our creamy cheese blend all over a classic marinara sauce and topped with our roasted garlic sauce swirl.
